I don't know whether or not this has been discussed before, but a quick search of the forums didn't reveal any such discussion.
I think it would be nice if we could see the private quicknotes that we've sent on the refreshed page.
As it currently is, the public quicknotes we send show up, but the private ones don't. This becomes problematic when for one reason or another the page refuses to load, and it has to be refreshed for the note to be sent. But the problem is that then you don't know whether or not the note was sent because there's no message telling you so.
Anyway, I hope this makes sence.

yeah. I have had a few people think I was ignoring them because they weren't getting my PQN's, but I didn't know this, of course. There should be some sort of confirmation message. Even something like, "your message has been sent", just so you can be sure the other person received it.
This is a very good idea, I think. Of course, you'd be able to select this in your account settings.
